How to read a review
- KiFaiBien job
The job was arranged on the platform: quote accepted, work finished and confirmed by both sides.
- Self-reported
The customer describes work done outside KiFaiBien. Their phone number is verified; the job itself is not.
- Tradesperson's reply
Tradespeople can reply publicly to every review, and dispute one they believe is false. The KiFaiBien team decides.
